-Fixed a bug that would cause him to walk in mid-air if hit during his Spin Kick.
-Corrected alignment on some of the required sprites.
-New command for Swirling Guillotines that should prevent him from getting stuck in the swirling animation.
-Replaced regular hitspark with a new one.
-Reduced damage on his throw and Level 2 Super.
-Gave his Level 1 Super a little more visual pizzazz.
-Can now be thrown during his Guillotine specials.
-A few other odds and ends.
