How to play Mugen Online
Download Mugen Online: Redoing with a Launcher
Download or Install LANBridger : http://www.lanbridger.com/
To join the Network go here : http://www.lanbridger.com/n/t5ydjq52 .
Open the IKEMEN.exe <-- Game
You can either Host a battle or join a battle by pressing on the "Netplay" button.
Host: Click on Netplay and a box will come up, and all you have to do is leave it blank and hit OK.
JOIN: Put in the persons "LanBridger" Ip address then click on OK!
Controles: A,S,D,Z,X,C,ENTER

If Netplay doesnt work try to unblock the program from the firewall!
