StartWinMUGEN
StartWinMUGEN What is a program that searches all chars that are in the
‘chars’ and adds all the WinMUGEN in file ‘select.def’, looking all
stages that are in the ‘stages’ even those who are in sub-folders and
add all the file ‘select.def’ and automatically opens the WinMUGEN. So every time a new char is installed or uninstalled in the folder ‘chars’ you will not have to edit the file ‘select.def’.
